Dental Implantology
Dr Ana Sousa graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra in 2014 and has been a recognised specialist in Stomatology since 2020.
In the field of Dental Implantology, she works alongside her father throughout the different stages of implant treatment, from the placement of dental implants to the corresponding prosthetic rehabilitation.
Dental implants can replace missing teeth and may provide a fixed solution, helping patients recover their ability to chew, oral function and confidence in their smile. Suitability and treatment planning always depend on an individual clinical assessment.
Through a multidisciplinary approach, she works closely with areas including Periodontology, Fixed Prosthodontics and Oral Surgery, with one shared goal: promoting each patient’s health and well-being.
