ENDODONTICS

Endodontics is the specialty of Dental Medicine that treats and prevents pathologies of the pulp, that is, the nerve of the tooth and the tissues surrounding its roots. 

The term “endodontics” may not be very familiar, but you probably have already heard the word “devitalisation”, or root canal. 

The objective of root canal is to preserve the tooth. 

We clean and disinfect the canal inside the tooth, which is then filled with an inert material, thus preventing the tooth deterioration and extraction.
